Церква під Божим захистом

У ніч на 10 червня підбитий російський БПЛА впав просто на територію нашого церковного подвір’я. Це вже вдруге ми отримуємо “привіт” від східного сусіда — вперше був уламок ракети. Цього разу завдяки оперативним та мужнім діям чергового вдалося локалізувати пожежу та мінімізувати втрати.

Пошкодження — значні: знищено майже всі комунікації — силові електрокабелі, водопостачання, систему опалення, інтернет. Але, по Божій милості, жодна людина не постраждала.

Особлива подяка Олександру Мардасову, який перебував на території в ту ніч, та Анатолію Швецю, який миттєво прибув на допомогу. Їхня рішучість і жертовність — справжній приклад служіння.
Як згодом повідомили рятувальники, бойова частина дрона не розірвалася. Вона була начинена шрапнеллю. Це — справжнє диво, бо наслідки могли бути незрівнянно страшнішими.

Ми щиро дякуємо Богові за цей захист. Дякуємо нашим захисникам, без вас ми не могли б бути та служити тут. Та дякуємо кожному, хто молиться, допомагає та підтримує. Разом — сильніші. Разом — під Божим захистом.

Even though the war is now in its fourth year, the intensity of combat and attacks on civilian targets has significantly increased. Our church has experienced this firsthand.

On the night of June 10th, a damaged Russian UAV crashed in our churchyard. This is the second time we've received a "greeting" from our eastern neighbors (the first time was a missile fragment). Thanks to the wise and prompt actions of the duty officer, the fire was localized and losses were minimized. Almost all communications were destroyed: power supply cables, water pipes, the heating system, and the internet. Yet, by God's grace, no one was harmed.

We want to highlight the exceptionally heroic actions of Oleksandr Mardasov, who was on the church grounds that night, and also Anatolii Shvets, who arrived to help within minutes. As rescuers later informed us, the drone's warhead, which was filled with shrapnel, did not detonate. This is a true miracle, as the consequences of such an impact could have been entirely different.

We sincerely thank God for this protection. We thank our defenders; without you, we couldn't be here and serve. And we thank everyone who prays, helps, and supports us. Together, we are stronger. Together, we are under God's protection.
